Photo Walk Description

Note: The Official Worldwide Photo Walk Date is July 24th, 2010

We’ll be exploring the grounds of Thomas Jefferson’s historic University of Virginia. This year, we’ll be focusing on the Academic Village. This has been a stop on walks in previous years, but a detailed photographic exploration of this area will reveal a treasure trove of interesting visual subject matter, and warrants spending a little extra time.

    Hi gang! Thank you so much for coming out yesterday morning and making our third annual photowalk a success!! A couple things of note.

    1) Make sure to submit you favorite picture by Tuesday night at midnight.

    I’m truly looking forward to this! I wasn’t able to participate last year and this year I’m bringing my daughter who just inherited my old dslr and is developing quite an eye for photography! Can’t wait.

    I have to be in a far away state that day!!! Having been on the two previous walks, I will really miss being there. Enjoy the day.
