Accessibility: Strollers: Medium, Wheelchair: No, Pet: Yes, Restrooms: Yes, Distance: 1.5miles
NOTE: THE PARKING GARAGE ACCEPTS CASH ONLY
This year the Photo Walk will begin at the circular water fountain by the Visitor Center in downtown Charleston on Ann Street.
We will continue down Meeting Street and then you have the option of continuing down to Marion Square. It is hard sometimes to determine the events and the amount of traffic around Marion square so you have a choice
1.) To turn down Charlotte St and Elizabeth Street for a quite walk. Or
2.) Continue down to Calhoun Street by Marion square and turn left on Calhoun.
Both directions offer unique photographic opportunities.
We will continue down Calhoun to the Aquarium and down the park area along the waterfront. We will come down Laurens Street, turn right on East Bay Street, and end at East Bay Deli for something to eat.

The map shows us walking down Concord Street because it would not let me mark the path on the park by the waterfront.

Hi everyone,
I look forward to meeting some like minded photo loving folks. I enjoyed the photo walk we had here in my home town of Columbia S.C. last year so a change of cities is going to nice for me. I always have loved Charleston S.C.
Oh wait! what’s the weather gonna be like by then” lol!
Right now it appears that it is going to be 73 and sunny. I will be keeping an eye on it for everyone.

Hey I like that photo map thing. Is that something your camera does or did you
have to put all the dots there?
In a couple days (maybe even tomorrow) you will see a submit button appear on
this page and that is how you submit to the contest. Make sure to add a couple photos to the actual flickr group as well.
I discovered the map inside the Flickr organizer. It then becomes a quick way of dropping the photos on the map.
Only cameras with GPS Geo-encoding inside would place the photo automatically.
Adam, what is the flicker group name to add photos?
