Photo Walk Description
This will be the second Photowalk I’ve organized. Last year we had it in Motley and we had more people sign up than in Duluth, St.Cloud, Chanhassen, Bemidji, and so forth.
We will meet in the Government parking lot behind Northwest Pizza & Boardwalk Bagel, Brainerd, MN. If your interested in joining us please sign up for the walk and find the group in Flickr. (name of group will be posted once I create it). I will upload a map so you can see the route we will use. I will post updates frequently so please check those out. Dress appropriately for the weather. If you have questions please ask..if you’re thinking it, someone else also might be as well. Looking forward to another AWESOME “Photowalk” !!!
Here is a link for those that are interested in ordering T-shirts for this event. This year instead of ordering a short-sleeved shirt, I ordered a long-sleeve.

If you bring a friend or child that plans on taking photos, please have them register as a walker. If they don’t plan on submitting a photo to the contest, they won’t need to create a Flickr account.
I’m ready and anxious! Gonna be a great time.

Walkers can upload images starting October 3rd at 9am EDT
• October 1-2 Official Worldwide Photo Walk Days
• October 7 Deadline for walkers to submit photo (12pm EDT)
• October 10 Leaders select winning photos by 12pm EDT
• October 17 Honorable Mentions and Grand Prize winners
• October 17 People’s Choice Voting opens
• October 24 All Voting Closes 12pm EDT
I will not comment on the photo that you will upload for the contest. I forgot that last year I decided not to comment on the Flickr photos as well until the contest was over. You are all wonderful artists and I wish you all success. Choosing the photo will be a difficult task I’m sure. Congrats to each one of you!
