   This will be my first time visiting Beaumont. Are there any more details on meeting location, where to park, etc.?

   Pamela,

   It’s been *years* since I’ve been to Beaumont/Crockett Street. This page may help you; http://www.crockettstreet.com/directions. From my recollection there wasn’t much to Crockett Street back then, but there was available free parking right next to it. If you’re having trouble finding a parking spot, I used to always park at the Art Museum which is on Main and Bowie. It looks like we’ll be meeting at the clock tower on Crockett Street, I think when you’re actually on Crockett Street you should be able to see it well (but that memory is hazy). Good luck, Pamela!      Yes ma’am, I am coming from Houston. At the time, the other photowalks here were either at a time I wasn’t interested in or full. So I suckered my dad (who lives near Beaumont) to go walk with me in Beaumont. =D

   Was there ever a Flicker group set up for the Beaumont walk? I couldn’t find one and don’t see a lot of reason to post into the massive wwpw4 group. I would like to see other photographers’ shots that night.

   Congrats to Amy for the winning image. I had my 2nd and 3rd year students vote. Out of 14 votes, Amy’s received 7. Thanks to every body for entering.

   I have tried working with Flickr. It has me locked out and I am trying to figure out how to get in. Truly, I LOATHE Flickr.
