Photo Walk Description
Please join us for a photo walk of The Old Point section of Beaufort. On this walk we will pass along the waterfront and photograph the magnificent old homes and atmospheric settings of historic, Old Beaufort. This opportunity is perfect for anyone who enjoys photography, from the novice to the professional. I promise that you will be impressed by the massive live oaks and moss as well as the timeless mansions we will see. Sign up for the walk and circle the date on your calendar!
Hey Walkers! Looking forward to walking next Saturday with you. Get your gear ready! We will spend about an hour on the walk and then stop by the Palm & Moon on the way back. If it should happen to be raining, the walk will move to Sunday, Oct. 2.

Lamar it says we meet at Common Ground between 8:00 and 9:30. Does that mean the actual walk starts at 9:30
No, we meet at the Common Ground and shove off at 8am. Come early to get some coffee and socialize.

Hey Walkers! We have a good group signed up for the walk. Just to summarize: we meet outside the Common Ground coffee shop and leave on the walk at 8am sharp. The walk should last about 1.5 hours or so. {Weather forecast looks okay; but if it were to rain and we have to postpone, we will do it on Sunday, Oct. 2 instead.} Wear comfortable shoes and bring along plenty of water and bug repellent. On the way back we will stop at the Palm & Moon restuarant for a late breakfast snack. Looking forward to seeing you on Saturday!

IMPORTANT CHANGE IN MEETING PLACE: We will meet at 8AM at the library parking lot, corner of Scott St. and Port Republic St. This is necessary to miss the 5K race starting at the same time on Bay Street . Ample parking should be available in the area of the library.
Lamar, I don’t know if you received my former post. I will not be able to attend the walk.
I had a change in work schedule. I was looking forward to the walk and meeting local
photographers, as I am new to the area.
