Photo Walk Description
We’ll be exploring the streets, the people and the iconic sights of downtown Austin during golden hour, blue hour and into the night. Bring your camera (a flash and/or a tripod, if you have them), a bottle of water and come prepared to meet others who share the love of photography. There will be friendly photographers of all skill levels, from novice to expert, carrying all sorts of cameras from iPhones to point and shoots to film cameras to pro DSLRs. Come prepared to meet, see, share and learn. At the end, we’ll gather at the Driskill Bar downstairs in the historic Driskill Hotel to talk about the walk and see the backs of peoples’ cameras.
Oh, and don’t forget to wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen!
