A Message From The Walk Leader

Welcome to the Scottsdale Sunset Photowalk!

Nothing captures the beauty of the Southwest quite like the golds of the setting sun.   I’m thrilled to be the Walk Leader for Scottsdale and am looking forward to some fun shooting time!

We’ll meet at the Bob Parks 5th Avenue Horse Fountain in Old Town Scottsdale to get a quick group photo before we head out on our adventure!   I’ll post a “route” for us to follow in the next couple of weeks, as well as any events that may be happening during that time that could be a part of the walk!  We’ll end with a coffee or galatto or ice cream (I’ll be in touch with a couple of places to make sure we have to sit and socialize) and a chance to view and share our shots of the evening.

We will go at our own pace to capture the unique environment of Old Town ranging from rustic to modern.  We’re not racing and this is the chance to share as we go along.  Isn’t it great to have an immediate look at someone else’s perspective of the same thing you photographed?  So, let’s capture the angles and details of Old Town in a two hour adventure.
