A Message From The Walk Leader

What fun!

We’re planning a morning stroll from 9:30am to 11:30am.

We’ll gather at 9:30am at the Inn at Manchester, a graceful Vermont inn on four park-like acres. From there we’ll stroll toward historic Manchester Village where you will find an array of classic New England architecture: stately homes and country inns, a handsome courthouse, traditional churches and the legendary Equinox Hotel; not to mention an abundance of bountiful gardens and greenery for you macro/flower enthusiasts.

After giving the village appropriate attention we plan to head up Seminary Avenue to Burr & Burton Academy, a timeless New England school campus , then circle back to the inn through village neighborhoods.

Along the way we’ll have opportunities to shoot historic architecture and details, scenes of village country living, colorful gardens, and, who knows what might present itself.

After our walk we’ll return to the Inn at Manchester for a self-provided picnic lunches on their gracious grounds. There will also be an oooh and aaaah session where we can view and enjoy everyone’s photos
