Meeting Location: Begin at The Paramount Ranch parking lot. We will take a very short walk over a bridge, and go back in time to the Old West., end at Lets al meet at IHOP 5031 Kanan Rd. right by the freeway in the same parking lot as Jack in the Box. Meeting Time: I would love to start shooting at 8:AM, so we can enjoy the morning light and not deal with the afternoon heat. - We should be finished around 10:00

A Message From The Walk Leader
Lights! Camera! Action!… come and experience the Paramount Ranch where Hollywood Westerns came to life.
I’m Mike Kubeisy and my Photo Walk will be around the old Western Town where some of the following movies were shot: “Paleface”, “Gunfight at the OK Corral”, “The Streets of Laredo”, and many more.
TV shows such as “Gunsmoke”, “The Rifleman”, “Diagnosis Murder” (I actually worked on that episode), “Carnivale”, and of course the CBS hit “Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman”.
Today, those old sets are gone, but the Western Town is still here for us to capture, complete with a Main Street lined with typical storefronts, such as a Sheriff’s office, a blacksmith/livery, a surveyors office, a saloon, a Post Office, barns, and a Wells Fargo office.
Join me and we’ll have a shoot out, with cameras that is.
