A Message From The Walk Leader
This year’s photowalk in Fort Collins, Colorado should be a blast! I’ve led other walks in Fort Collins and we always have a great time. We’ll get together, have fun, and explore the Colorado State University campus in photos. Lots of good company, talking about photography, and of course, shooting photos!
We’ll start at the large sculpture at the corner of Pitkin and Center on campus. The sculpture is hard to miss. It’s about 40 feet high and looks like it’s straight from a science fiction movie. From there we’ll explore various parts of the CSU campus, and finally work our way back to the sculpture. The photowalk starts at 4:00 PM, and we’ll probably explore for about two hours, or whenever people start getting pooped.

Photowalking tips:
** Wear comfy shoes and comfy clothes. We’ll be doing a lot of walking and it will likely be warm.
**Go light on the camera gear. Don’t bring your backpack full of lenses and a laptop. Pick one or two good all around lenses and leave that 500mm at home!
**Don’t sweat it if you don’t feel like you’re an amazing photographer. This is to be fun and all experience levels and confidence levels are welcome. This is a great opportunity to learn from others if you’re a newbie to photography.
